Over the past year we’ve been fortunate to spend time with many of you; learning a great deal about life on the front line. We have been delighted to hear about how our rapid digital forensic triage tools are making a positive impact on your investigations.
You Spoke, We Listened
We are always working hard to improve the performance of our tools. Thanks to your feedback, we’ve made them faster, easier to use and better suited to investigations in the field.
We’ve given our flagship tool, Cyan Examiner, a face lift which makes it more intuitive, providing you with more information at your fingertips and new functionality without unnecessary complications.
Equally as important are the following new features:
- A new feature that detects the presence of encrypted data, files and volumes.
- The ability to scan multiple suspect devices in parallel, which is faster than if done sequentially, speeding up investigations.
Graham Little, Head of Business Development, said: “We are absolutely passionate about providing forces with the best possible tools to help in the vital work of triage to enable early detection of illegal content. We also strive to ensure that our development processes are as collaborative as possible – fixing the front-line user’s pain is what we are all about.
“This release of Cyan Examiner provides a diverse set of features that represents a big step forward in our efforts to provide the best, easiest to use, rapid digital forensic triage tools that can be applied in a range of settings. None of this would be possible without months of work by our technical team and customers valuable input and support. Thanks all!”
We are in the process of making the new release available to existing customers with active software subscriptions.
